The 10th international ePortfolio and Identity conference, ePIC 2012, 9-10-11July 2012, takes place at the Savoy Place, London, home of the Institute of Engineers and Technologists (IET), one of the world’s leading professional societies for the engineering and technology community, with more than 150,000 members in 127 countries and offices in Europe, North America and Asia-Pacific.

To have the full membership price, add 19,6 % FR VAT) when registering for ePIC 2012 (more on IoS membership).

Registration procedure

First step: create a user account on the conference registration management system
Second step: once your user account has been created, you can submit a contribution (speaker) and/or register for the conference. Different payment options are available together with an invoice.

Information related to fees and discounts

The EarlyBird discount is only valid for registrations completed and paid before 15th May.
Members as well as students are asked to contact Esther Linley in order to retrieve their respective discount codes.
Presenters discount codes will be sent to the authors, once submissions have been reviewed and accepted.
It is also possible to register by telephone, fax or email.

Cancellations made one month before the event will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made after, as well as 'no shows', are liable for the full registration fee. Cancellations must be made in writing and are only valid when you receive a cancellation number. Substitutions may be made at any time with written authorisation.

All the information collected for the conference like personal data, credit card or bank details are only used for the purpose of the conference and not shared with third parties unless required by the provision of service (e.g. give transfer your credit card details to our payment system). Credit card and bank details are erased from our systems once the transaction is completed.
