Exhibitor packagesThe Exhibition plays an integral part in the conference. Exhibition stands will be situated within the main Hall. Morning and afternoon coffee breaks as well as lunches will allow delegates and exhibitors to network and discuss in the exhibition area. Exhibition spaceCity University offers professional facilities for exhibiting your services, solutions and products. Situated on the main Hall, the exhibition will provide maximum visibility to your services, solutions and products. Exhibition hoursThis year's exhibition lasts 3 days. Stands may be set-up on Monday June 22 from 8:00 am onwards. Stands may be dismantled at Conference ending- Wednesday June 24 at 4:00 pm. MarketingAn Exhibitor Directory will be included in the conference satchel detailing exhibitors' contact details, brief company profile and company logo. Exhibitor information will be also posted on the Conference website as soon as it is received. Should your display or exhibit require unusual space or layout, we would welcome discussions to try to meet your needs. Exhibition booking and paymentEarly booking is essential as exhibition space is limited and a preferential “Early Bird” rate is available until March 15. Upon receipt of the registration form and payment, an exhibition space will be allocated. Exhibitor stands will be allocated strictly in the order of receipt of booking and payment (Sponsors choose their stand according to their sponsorship level). Exhibition packages
